Every system sold by Baseline Technology Ltd. comes with a 3 month return to base warranty as standard. Additional cover can be purchased at the time of the sale.
The Baseline Technology Ltd warranty covers all electromechanical parts including circuit boards, motors, sensors, transformers, power supplies and mechanical operation / drive mechanisms.
The cover does not include consumables or wetted parts (items that come into contact with either your sample or solvent or gases), lamps or items which have been damaged though neglect, misuse, incorrect installation or damage from the site environment. Installation should be carried out to the manufacturers recommendations and instruments operated by trained personnel.
In the event of a warranty claim we will try to resolve faults by telephone support. If a site visit is requested all travel costs will be met by the buyer. If any part or all of the unit is required to be returned for repair, transport is at the buyers cost.
Please complete our instrument returns form to submit the instrument for diagnosise and repair. Once the form is recieved we can advise on the best way to ship the item. Baseline Technology Ltd. are not responsible for items damaged in transit, or any damage caused through improper packing.
Baseline Technology Ltd. does not assume responsiblity for the suitability of an item for a particular purpose or any other matter relating to the use or miuse of an item.
Baseline Technology Ltd are not liable for any damage arising from the use or misue of it's products, other than electromechanical parts of the item itself as outlined above. The maximum liability that can be assumed by Baseline Technology Ltd for breach of warranty shall be the invoice price of the product.
All items sold by Baseline Technology Ltd are intended for laboratory or manufacturing use only. They are not intended for medicinal or food use and Baseline Technology Ltd assumes no responsibility or liability should its products be used for medicinal or food purposes or are misused in any way.
If goods fail to perform as expected when used in the proper way and installed correctly, or breakdown irreparably within the warranty period, then you are entitled to replacement goods or a refund where appropriate.

Baseline Technology Ltd reserves the right to establish the cause of failure and proper use prior to refunds or returns being agreed. Please contact us before returning items so that we can ascertain the condition of the item and how best to ship to our premises.
Baseline Technology Ltd. do not normally accept returns of none faulty items unless agreed prior to return.
Returns and cancellations of none faulty items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us before returning an item, as the item may NOT be eligible for a refund if it is deemed to have been used or damaged by the customer.
